A knife is preferable to a gun that's got no ammo left.

Difference is Dublin was a forward going back, rather than a defnder going forward. So he had that movement etc already and didn't need to use it as much. Osti going forward wouldn't have that natural movement.

    Tyler Walker

First 15 mins max and Walker looked half decent together. Then played like they'd never met.

But he got so much out of them v Brentford and since them hasn't even tried to repeat that tactic.

Trouble with the four is Fadz often looks vulnerable in it, but Rose and Hyam are neither in good form to partner osti.

Which would make you think MR would realise he's playing for draws and often not getting them. So it's not a tactic that's working. What I find baffling is that he did such a great job against Brentford in how to approach that game and then has just abandoned it. It worked against one of the...

In all honesty none, but I don't see any there either that I think "Christ if we bring him on for someone's who's knackered we're going to lose for sure"

It is, but it still doesn't explain why a player clearly out of energy isn't replaced with fresh legs. So maybe they're not worth millions but if they've got some energy it's going to be better than a player with none. Not like they're replacing Ronaldo with Ron Aldo from down the road.

On balance I think it probably is. Two bits of awful defending and we failed to put them under a huge amount of pressure.

Disappointing after taking the lead. Just slowly let them come back into the game and eventually control it. Bench wasn't strong but even so with a few minutes left and the way it's going, plus some players looking really tired, just try something to get back on level terms. Hopefully will...

Pretty sure climbing on someone's back is a foul. Use of the whip surely a red.

Absolutely gutted Biamou's efforts got him two v Brentford. Agree with the point about linking but o'hare is also struggling to get on the ball and it's his job to feed him as well.
