We saw a fighting, hardworking reaction in the Blackburn game after the Leeds embarrassment but it's a different matter to do that week in week out. I think we lack any real quality so we have to choose the best 11 who will most likely fight for it every game.

Kitching had a couple of bad ones and a couple of terrible ones. If they'd have scored it would have been a different game and he'd have been slaughtered. He's had a bit of luck and should get a few games now. Needs to cut that out and any loss of composure. Because it's been a recurrent...

It's down to Kitching to stop terrible lapses that can cost you games. Do that and he could well be a regular.

The best thing is that it was a real team performance. Hard work, pressing, tackling back and a hint of aggression throughout the team. Maybe we now lack a few high quality players. This is how you make up for it.

They've all earned the shirt against Wednesday. I'd give Kitching another game or two but he has to cut out the suicide passes.

He was awful first half with some terrible passes which could have cost us a couple of goals. Some late improvement. Thomas was actually fairly quiet.

Really good team performance. Good press, BTA and EMC worked really hard. Wright showed glimpses of his quality and tackled back. Midfield did well, Sheaf and Eccles both did a job on them and showed grit. Kitching the weakest link tonight. Onwards and upwards.

Back 4 need to calm down. We're playing at a much better tempo but they need to keep some basic composure. Robins needs to keep an eye on players getting knackered. And not sub too late.
