I do think we did play some good balls, especially down the two flanks. Van Ewijk and DaSilva both got a lot of quality ball. They just did nothing with it though The space was there and they were in very decent positions, but their delivery was poor, or they were tackled too easily

It is a concern. I do think the players are good enough, but if there's a lack of spirit and leadership, that will always hurt you. Doesn't matter how good individual players are if the spirit is not there.
