    Well Worth the read

Is this the one written by the guy who posts here? (EDIT: the guy who posts here and already replied in the thread, never mind)

See you at the Preston game?

Maybe, but are the tiny handful of people actually doing so claiming that they're righteous at the same time?

See you at the Preston game?

Claiming those who disagree with you are weak isn't much of a principle.

See you at the Preston game?

Not literally shouting, but throwing the theatrics with your 'you've got blood on your hands' stuff. Same with anyone accusing those going of helping to 'kill' the club amongst other nonsense, when that could very well not be the case at all.

See you at the Preston game?

There have plenty of points where they could have done things that made more sense, like pay wages that kept us in a more profitable division and so on. They're still here. There's absolutely no certainty that what you're shouting at people for not following you on is the successful method.

See you at the Preston game?

They can if they're willing to plug the gaps and built debt in the meantime. Can you tell me with any kind of certainty that this isn't something Sisu would ever do?

    Supporting the Lads

You've already declared them to have 'blood on their hands' in another thread. You're not waiting for reasons (that nobody owes you, remember), you're looking for an excuse to rant.

See you at the Preston game?

Maybe. That's certainly the theory, but far from demonstrable fact. Certainly far enough from fact to make 'blood on your hands' a lot of theatrical nonsense.

    Supporting the Lads

Are hackneyed guilt-trips better than acknowledging people may not share your views? Is Muhammad Ali better than anti-lock brakes?

Football Manager - Best Coventry players?

What still bugs me is why he spoke to the Birmingham Post. I think I never really trusted him, even with the eleventy trillion pounds he threw at me. Didn't build me that statue either, dick.

    Cov Mad Article

I don't like the site, but in its defence I don't think they present it as anything other than news as written by fans.

Football Manager - Best Coventry players?

I won L1 first season and then hovered in the Championship in the second as a Finnish billionaire took over. I then went up next season and from around 7th, inched my way into contention. Gave up in 2029ish with this as the final tally: I basically can never play as Cov ever again now though.

Scale the schtick back a little, you have to pace this kind of thing.

Arena 2000. Does anyone still have one of these...........

Yeah, I remember them talking about both as the Gelredome in Arnhem was basically the inspiration. A roof would have been nice as you could have all kinds of events then, like the regular season NBA touring game.

I hope Godwin gets commission for his law. This place alone would make him a multi-millionaire.

Football Manager - Best Coventry players?

In my recent mammothly successful game I had a regen striker who I signed early and broke all goalscoring records (Cov overall, Premier League and England) but for real players, Raheem Sterling was consistently ace and part of the greatest night in the history of the universe:

Every stadium is 'soulless' until it develops a sense of history and memory. This obviously doesn't happen immediately (or at all if you never return).

I got used to 'The Ricoh' but still preferred if Jaguar had kept their original sponsorship. Then for the people of Coventry going to 'The Jag' would have meant something other than the threat of violence and the whiff of STDs.
