To me, it implies a slight division between the recruitment team, and the management/coaching staff. 🤷‍♂️ If recruitment are doing all of the ‘groundwork’ and going over MR/AV’s head a bit, then this won’t end well. Especially if these signings don’t prosper.

I said it in January, and I’ll say it again: the signs are not awfully encouraging at the minute, however I’d love for the team to prove me wrong. Preferably before March. Love it.

That’s a definite possibility, however, it’s more of a ‘hope’ than ‘he will be the same player’. Even if he can just do a fraction of what he used to IE drawing players away, out of position, it’ll open up the opposition a bit. Right now, we’re just flat and clueless.

Totally unconvinced so far, but then, I suppose patience is required. It could all click into place, once that ‘rhythm’ is established. Really looking forward to COH coming back, when he’s up to speed.
