    Its a Mans League

Accrington Stanley was definitely men against boys. Just think Robins could have learned a lot from the way the other teams in top 8 and I include Lincoln how they have built their squads. We are usually the smallest of the two teams out on pitch.

Yes totally agree with you for a once. also even the youngsters in that team have appearances close to 100. I think its the back up, Both the DKE twins are just not good enough in this league they have shortcomings no pun intended! they both played a lot of games. Haynes, Maycock, JP...

Which team will show up at Brighton?

Ive got my tickets now, looking forward to the game, the atmosphere, new stadium for me etc, but in all seriousness this is the least important game so far this season.

Interesting stat, look its not all about age for Example, imo Willis is best Centre back in this league (imo) but hes young with lots of experience! with kids the physicality/games catch up on you. Its a mans league ! even more so than League 1, but Robins knew that!

the loan signings in this window have been powder puff, kids also. I hope MR learns his lessons like the other teams have including Luton, Notts County, Wycombe, Swindon, and Mansfield have. The policy looking back now looks obvious , but also thi smay be because we have such a good academy...

The following is an extract from an article today in Swindon advertiser quoting Flitcroft. “You look at what Gareth has built over a length of time and he has got real men in his team. There are no projects, there are no young players, it’s a case of real men to do men’s jobs,” said Flitcroft...

Burge - id play him half fit over Obrian Kelly - RB, Willis , Rod , Stokes Vincenti, Bayliss , Shipley McNulty , JCH ........Biamou play 4, 3, 2 1 I think the shackles need to be released and we need to play 4,3,3 or 4,3,2,1 We need to go all out attack. DKE is not the answer at...

    Our record vs current top 8. P = 11, W= 7, D=0, L=4 , GF=18, GA, 10, GD= +8 , Points = 21 Clearly not where our problem is, staggered we scored 18 goals in 11 games vs top 8.

A couple of positives will be we would have played 2 games less than some teams in and around us. other positive would be its an extra week off Important league fixture trying to get players back fit. Brighton away is the least significant game of our 16 remaining.

What you on about now? ofcourse we beaten the top teams. We have an excellent record against the top 9 compared to the bottom 9! It would be very interesting to see a table of results of the top 9 teams against eachother, I'm sure we would be top 2....maybe even top! Maybe Esoterica can help...

Quite staggering the fact we havnt scored many (headers). Obviously earlier on in the season Nazon/McNulty are not gonna win their fair share of headers, but still why the defenders or midfielders havnt scored many is astonishing. I can understand that Vs Teams like High Wycombe the 2nd ball...

    Poll

Very Obviously the highest Win percentages of all those managers have been the season after a relegation (when arguably we have a better squad). Nillson year after Premier League Relegation Robins twice both times after Championship and League one Relegation.

Whats baffling is that Biamou, and I'm not meaning to start another debate here, he generally wins his fair share of headers during open play outside the box. Just baffling at corners how he hasn't won a a single header! when we seen him win hundreds outside. Makes me think the quality delivery...

One of our many concerns and arguably the biggest concerns has been goal contributions from Midfield/defense. And the stats that we have scored 2 goals from headers this season in the league. Truly shocking. I dont have facts to hand but surely thsts Got to be the lowest in all 4 divisions.
