    Robins Out Poll pt3

I know, it's frightening isn't it. The likelihood if we get rid of Robins, is of us ending back on the manager carousel once again and a lack of stability. Unless we strike it really lucky of course.

Yup. One more mention of building blocks and he's gone.

Match Thread Coventry City - Luton Town Match Thread - Saturday 26th Oct

Thing is, and I am sure we have all seen this in the past, teams play really well in one game and lose and you think next time out, they will probably play well and that time they'll win, only to find that they don't play so well and lose again. Seen it happen so many times. People are also...

    Time's Up

As my mum used to say, some people aren't happy unless they're moaning.

    Robins Out Poll pt3

Wasn't trying to make you bite. It was a genuine question. I was just surprised that some people were saying that.

I agree. I was hoping Thomas or Kitching would have grown into the role, but they haven't warranted it have they.

I really rate Sheaf. Not sure he is captain material though.

    Building blocks

Yup. Everyone else will just probably sit at home and try to get on Bargain Hunt in the hope they can win a golden gravel.

If she's a woman, surely she should be bringing dinner to the table. 🤪 (These are just words utilised together in the telling of a supposed joke and in no way represent my own thoughts or belief system)

    Robins Out Poll pt3

Mad then that really isn't it. We definitely look short in the midfield. Sheaf is always picking up knocks and so too, Jamie Allen. Doesn't leave us with much at all does it

    Building blocks

Well no-one has cemented themselves in the first team 11 have they.

    Robins Out Poll pt3

As a matter of interest, who was saying it was fine as it was? I was very concerned. Knew that Allen and Sheaf were always injury prone and that we had lost Palmer too. Left us well short. Who was saying we had enough cover? Just seems very naive for anyone to think that.

Yup and if the argument that keeps getting banded about, is that we have been terrible since February, and that IS the argument that is being put forward, then Viveash was part of that.

    Robins Out Poll pt3

That seems to be the case, yes.
  15. Otis

    Building blocks

True. I like both Sheaf and Eccles and think that as a pairing they work together well too, but neither of them score goals and that is a major concern.

    Robins Out Poll pt3

Everyone seems to want to have their own thread on this don't they. Surely the Time's Up pretty much covers it all doesn't it?

    Dovin

Not so sure there is any double standard. Wilson has made 96 appearances for us. Dovin has only made 7. We are in a much better position to judge Wilson on his performances and form an opinion, than we are on Dovin and as a new player, and a foreign player adjusting to a new league, I think we...

Yup. It's a major flaw in the business model.

Match Thread Coventry City - Luton Town Match Thread - Saturday 26th Oct

I have been supporting the City forever and a day and one thing is for certain... we so often pull out a win when we are totally expecting to lose. That's football for you. I remain quietly confident.

    Robins Out Poll pt3

The question was asked ....Does anyone know our best 11 (couldn't get the multi-quote to work) The thing is, Robins may well know his best 11. It's really not quite as simple as he doesn't know, because he keeps changing the personnel. I am guessing Robins acts in the same manner that so...
