TM is a manager that will change formation to suit players at his disposal and the best one to get the result. He has not used 1 single formation throughout his career. I doubt we will see a number 10 come in, more likely a winger, and a striker and we will be done.

We don't have the budget for that, which is why you have versatile players to fill in. you also act as though we can only play one formation. Lameiras is exactly the same as madders in terms of position, which is why those two interchange so much during games, if we have minor injuries we do...

The team we had in our first season imo should have been promoted, if we had TM then I expect we would have been. We had depth in that squad, I think if it was this team vs MR team on a one off it would be this team, over the course of a season it would be that season as it was able to cope...

Yes you are right we should in praise people :) I hope all those that are gettign uptight, not slag off any of our players when they do something bad. Or is that 'different'? I have given my opinion. Which I will continue to do. So why don't you pipe down :)
