I dont think playing our top scorer and the championships joint top scorer will limit our attacking play. I think it will give us more of an attacking edge, and take some pressure off Simms.

100% agree, Plus he will be 29 at the end of the season, so there's no chance of any further profit on him, and hes not exactly known for looking after himself off the field. He struggles now to last 90 minutes of championship football as it is.

I know its just an opinion, but I'd be suprised if the leagues top scorer was dropped after a run of 8 wins in 9 games for a player who only played 10 minutes of those games.
