It's the short-term attitude again. Until the financial gains of the Premier League aren't so phenomenal, England will not have a great national team to boast.
Who's gone over the top about fleck?! It seems now, as a cov fan, stating a player might be able to "do a job" for us is classed as creaming your pants!!
Well, if its hoofball that's going to be played by the opposition then that cuts out the midfield, so its just the defence we should be worried about. At the moment we have Keogh, Cameron and wood who can quite easily deal with that.
I agree. The worrying thing is this speculation about Willis (and Keogh, obviously!). At the moment though defence is ok. Strengthening needed in Midfield and up front definitely!
Crawley got rid of their 2 best players. Crewe have always relied on their youth. I saw Swindon a couple times last season. They played the right way. I'm a bit surprised that people think they're all of a sudden this huge club though?
Sounds to me like the Bury manager was just commenting on...
That makes sense. From what I remember, Rooneys dad or uncle was implicated in that betting scandal too?
Personally, sounds promising. If he's strong and gets stuck in I don't give a crap if he's shorter (doesn't sound like he's that short anyway)!
And that was about a week ago! Citing home-sickness - he'd been there less than a month and was only on a years contract! Something not quite right there if you ask me.
Easily Championship class, so you'll be fine. Never complains - his position is CB but for his first 2 years with us he was hardly played there and just got on with his job. No melodramatic tantrums or prima donna moments.
