It's a real sorry state of affairs for Derby. That car crash with their players (inc Keogh), the sale of PP for double it's value and paying exorbitant wages they couldn't afford - I'm afraid they'll deserve everything they get. I do feel sorry for the fans (as always) and Wycombe Wanderers FC.

Yeah I get that, hence the 'not necessarily' bit. We've 100% had players come here with crap reputations and do well for us over the years. And I know that some don't do well (Eastwood for example), but the sensible thing should be to at least let them play in the shirt for a few games to give...

I love it when half of the forum writes off a player without seeing him play for us. Have we not learnt that previous clubs and how they played there, doesn't necessarily have a bearing on how they'll do here? By and large, MR and his team have done well in the recruitment stakes. And people...

Working with football clubs across a number of divisions in both the mens and womens game, it's really interesting and quite easy to see the difference in 'professionalism' between clubs. These little things we seem to be doing off the pitch are all great steps in the right direction.
