Don't think that was anything to do with Brighton, that was because Sporting have already paid out some performance related add ons to us.

Ball boys are supposed to behave the same at every ground. They aren’t supposed to hand the ball back to the players. The players should pick the ball up from the nearest cone, and all ball boys do is replace the ball on the cone. Doesn’t seem to get enforced and few fans know the rule.
