    £6-7m sale price?

The local press should be all over this. We need to be clear what is at risk.

    £6-7m sale price?

Wow, £6.5M, my estimation skills are well out! Shows how much a proper development would cost. I guess you could do something decent for £3M though but it would not match up to what exists at Ryton and would probably require some facilities to be out sourced. Its been a worry of mine since Ryton...

    £6-7m sale price?

Only OK to sell it for housing IF another plot has been bought and a new clubhouse built. A new clubhouse with offices, training rooms, gyms, physio facilities is going to cost at least £1M possibly more! The investors are the only ones who will have sway, she doesn't appear to be able to...

    £6-7m sale price?

Yup, I think any buyers are just waiting for SISUs investors to tell Joy to get whatever she can and get out of it so they can buy the club free of any debt or obligation to SISU. If CCFC posts another loss that might just do it. The notion that the club should be purchased for £6-7M isn't...

    £6-7m sale price?

I don't see why Wasps would want to take on a loss making business when they need to repay 6.5% interest on the £35M bonds they issued (they have to pay the punters that bought them £2.4M p.a. which is approx. 10% of the ACL/Wasps turnover, next £1.2M payment due soon). Achieving a some...

Yes it is held as a security by ARVO. If they demand it then it will have to be handed over.

Never seen that video. Great stuff, one of my fave songs & fave artist, though TBF I think the orig. Velvets version is better. ;)

I've pointed that out several times & Rob S and others keep making out CCFC is in a stronger position than Wasps, its an absurd proposition, CCFC are deep in the shit, Wasps have a shortfall and need to ramp up turnover but they seem to have realistic plans on which they're making progress...

I guess you haven't read Sun-Tzu then. Neither does Joy for.. She's always fighting battles she can't win and doesn't understand what she's up against.

I don't care about Wasps. While we are talking about losses what about the £18M losses SISU have posted on CCFC in the last 4 years?

Are you a spokesperson for Tim Fisher? There is no believable communication from the owners, don't you agree this is an appalling and unacceptable state of affairs.

Where though. Does it have to be in Rugby District?

Gold Star, the lad has got it, though I don't think that is any way to negotiate with RBC. I think the Sports England conditions will stretch to the quality of the pitch.
