Might be a bit Adi Viveash but if the softly approach of taking him to one side and telling him isn't doing it then maybe in training make not pressing more onerous to him than pressing. Everytime he fails to do it make him do a lap or 20 press ups or something. Make the press the easier option...

Great energy up front and the coaches need to show that to Simms to show him what he needs to do. I think Simms is a good CF in a team that is creating chances, but he seems quite quiet and introverted and so doesn't have the mean, aggressive streak needed when things aren't going the team's...
