We might as well sell him. After all, he won't be effective without a decent strike partner to take some of the load off, and the current regime aren't going to provide us with anybody like that.
That is true, but without detracting from him at all, a lot of the clips I've seen, the goalkeeping doesn't seem to be particularly great. A lot of those goals wouldn't be scored now.
I take your point there Cableguy. Any TV game featuring Arsenal will draw a fair sized audience I suppose. And ITV are in the business of selling advertising slots.
Not sure why people think this will be on TV. Top of Prem at home to league 1 is about as much of a mis-match as you can get. Apart from Arsenal and Cov fans, who would watch it?
