Relegation "would not be the end of the world" for CCFC

What drivel ! Didn't Bryan Richardson say similar things when we dropped out of the Premiership, almost 15 years later we are near the bottom of division 3 and I am certain either Fisher or Waggott eluded to something similar when we dropped out of the championship. One thing that would...

It isn't down to TM really, it's likely to be down to Steve Waggott more the pity.

Agressive steward on highlights Look at the highlights and notice the rather aggressive shove by a matchday steward on Frank Nouble while he was celebrating his goal. Way back when I was a steward at City in the old Highfield Road days one thing you were told is never to touch players. I...

Guess the crowd for Doncaster .....

I was there in 1964 night match over 27000 which I think was a record attendance at the time, thousands from Cov. I look at that pokey ground and how they got that many in God knows

    Great result...Ecstatic...But..

....two wins shouldn't make us complacent and definitely mustn't make Steve Waggott complacent with the loan window deadline fast approaching we still need more players through the door, atleast two more outfield and a back-up goalkeeper. I just fear that plank Waggott might believe we can sand...

    Our Best Academy Product

Developed some good goalkeepers too, I know City fans hated him for different reasons but Les Sealey was a top goalie and then there's Chris Kirkland who but for injuries could have been an England regular. Also Dean Kiley, got sold to York City but turned out to be a top keeper.

    Nouble

He is out of contract at the end of season, something that seems to gee up players a bit at this time of the season, In a way he is looking for a contract either here or elsewhere and his agent will be trying to fix him up probably as we speak. Wouldn't bother me too much if we kept him, he has...

    Nouble

See what you are saying but I think a more permanent Tony Mowbray will replace him if he can.

    Waggot - what's the point

I do get the feeling Fisher and Waggott are no longer bosom pals.

    the Great Escape?

Have been some close calls in the past, as said the three wins in a row in 1985, Leicester pissing all over Stoke to only draw, then there was us winning at Spurs, last game while Sunderland slipped up at Wimbledon, Norwich hitting the inside of the post v Norwich, last minute, then go right...
