I believe the Higgs Trust have quite strict guidelines on selling their stake, so swapping it for a stake in a valueless football club would be hugely unlikely

Technically ACL cant sue SISU for the million pounds, as its CCFC who owe the rent money

Would anyone trust sisu/ccfc to honour a future long term debt eg paying the extra when they're promoted....with their track record ??
