Ah ok I understand and I completely agree with your first paragraph. The second though is definitely up for debate though and I, personally, am not always sure that trying to impose ‘Western’ values on some of these countries is always the right decision to be making.

It used to happen all the time if a smaller club drew a bigger club. They would change the ground to the bigger clubs so more people could attend, the smaller club got a bigger pay day etc.
