What are you currently listening to?

They've just played the track Inside by Stiltskin on Planet Rock. What a great record that was, they broke up not long after I think ? Shame bet they could of become a big band.

7833toMK.... come on back the lads.

Bloody hell its an away game in the Cup, why are a lot making a big thing about it ? You go to follow your team and that's it.I've been there twice and it was great to be there among a huge City following, surely that's what we like isn't it ?

7833toMK.... come on back the lads.

I like the MKDons ground and we always take a big following there. And we can beat them !

When did you feel so good

Other than when my missus left me, the happiest I've been was winning the Cup in 87,first time is always a special time.

    Fa Cup Draw in Coventry

You're probably right. Some Stoke fans tried to attack some Cov supporters after the match, but a load of coppers came from nowhere and brought out batons and kept them contained. They must have followed them, anticipated trouble ?

    Fa Cup Draw in Coventry

It wasn't a police helicopter, someone by me said shoot it down !

    Time to forget about sisu...

We all want SISU out but yesterday was all about the game. The feeling of beating a Premier League team is great, and leaves you wanting more. But if SISU left that feeling of Joy,pardon the pun, would be even greater !

    Fa Cup Draw in Coventry

Homeless "Hero" from Manchester Terror Attacks was stealing from victims

He had a fifty grand fund set up for his "heroic" deeds, but due to his thieving he has now lost it. And he will get banged up as he's been warned by the magistrate. What a mug !

    One New Year Resolution ?

    Hopefully after matches ?

    One New Year Resolution ?

I've not bothered making new year resolutions for years as I always broke them pretty quickly. But if you could make just one what would it be ? As I write for a couple of football magazines I've always fancied writing a football book, but never got round to it,so this year I'll make that my...

Give me good old Coventry any day

As a Cov Kid like myself you can recall the mad weekends in the pubs and clubs in the city centre back in the 70's/80's. Coventry had a bad reputation and so it is the same now in London and the big cities. But as bad as the violence was I don't remember as many stabbings as their are now. Maybe...

    A Christmas Carol Goes Wrong

I watched the Tim Vine show and agree it was abysmal and infantile. I like Tim Vine as his one liners are clever, but they didn't work in that show.

    Police yesterday

One game at Stoke a few hundred of us City fans were making our way back to the station. As we passed a graveyard at the front of a church and being led by about a dozen coppers,up from behind the gravestones were Stoke fans ! They were throwing bricks at us and the coppers shouted for us to...

    Police yesterday

Years ago Carlisle hooligans were named as the worst in the country. I witnessed their notoriety that day in the 70's,but we weren't exactly angels ourselves.Worst hooligans I'd say were at Stoke away 70's/80's. They'd lob anything at you, bricks, bottles, stones, and that was after their team had...

    Police yesterday

I went to Carlisle in the 70's and they had a hard mob back then and were ranked as bad as Millwall and Leeds, and we got welcomed with bricks and bottles by the friendly locals,so maybe they still have a bad reputation !
