You say the deal is the same as before does that mean CCFC are expected to give up any claim to money they have paid to keep the games on outside of their lease agreement.

Still feel this is down to the cost of re-laying the pitch and potentially any legal action on lost revenue... MA playing hard ball telling Sisu they need to suck it up which may delay them signing a new lease.

Not sure it's quite this stark now we have tightened up at the back. Gyok definitely makes a difference no doubt but with the other talent around him I think we'd still be comfortable rather than in a relegation battle. And obviously no where near the play offs!

I'd hope he will want it to be seen as a premium venue. When I have been recently even the "posh" areas have been a dump! Loo seats hanging off etc. So much potential in the place.
