    Ben Turner

I doubt anyone would buy him until he has proven his fitness...... It was a serious injury and until he comes back fit and able to play he doesnt have a value

Are you (or have you) renewing your Season Ticket?

will need to go in to prove it

If only SISU had speculated a little bit....

Sisu chose the cautious and financially sound route ...... find it hard to argue with that, whatever my heart says about putting money in to buy players. With benefit of hindsight I wonder whether they think they should ever have got involved, and misjudged exactly what it was they were getting...

Centre back pairing for next season.

I think it will more likely be Keogh and Crainie mattylad. Have some concern as to whether Turner will come back as good after his injury ...... think it has been a lot more serious than been made of it. Seem to remember him saying that the ligaments had all but detached. I think we missed him...

    Season tickets soaring!

I disagree ccfc luke after the season we had and 10 years of under achievement ten thousand season tickets is a very positive thing.... ok not over top excited but to be honest in January & February I couldnt see us getting half that number, ...... thats nearly £3m guaranteed

    Clubs Accounts

As an informed guess I reckon that the Auditors wont/hadnt sign(ed) their audit report until they are convinced that CCFC can continue in business for at least the next 12 months from now. The directors wouldnt want to have the report say they were not a going concern so they have to have a good...

    Clubs Accounts

To be honest I only believe things at or about CCFC when they actually happen. Less chance of disappointment that way. i am sure things are said with best intentions but this continual failure to meet targets they themselves set erodes confidence. Company House dont accept any reasons for non...

    Clubs Accounts

All i can say is that it would be reasonable to expect to see them by now if they were filed on 28th April (thats the two Thursdays before the fans forum), Its now 13 working days (excluding bank hols) after and none of the companies are filed in the Sky Blue Sports & Leisure Group. They have to...

    Clubs Accounts

chap that relates to one set of accounts filed last July such delays are the exception not the rule. There are thousands filed every month and a few exceptions do not prove your point. We havent had any current problems at my firm filing accounts nor have any other accountants I have spoken to...

    Clubs Accounts

ok - try this ..... as an experienced qualified accountant & auditor i can tell you with absolute certainty you are WRONG about the requirements for the accounts and who can sign them off. To do what you suggest actually breaks the Companies Act for which there could be penalties, even including...

    Clubs Accounts

Plus the mistrust is generated by the club in many ways.... At KD's first press conference we were told that the accounts would be filed within a week.... that was March we are halfway through May. Now PC is saying it was done over 2 weeks ago and yet no update to prove it on the summary page...

    Clubs Accounts

Am going to be blunt....... I suggest you check your facts before you start telling people they are wrong. CCFC requires an Audit under the Companies Act......... an audit is completed by a independent qualified auditor......... that is a qualified accountant usually a member of the Institute...

    The ricoh

Wonder if the global company that sponsors the stadium with their name realise that for years they they have spelling their name wrong  ......... oh the embarrassment ! Even you spelt it right/"wrong" in the thread title! Its RICOH !

Article: Contracts - To Be or Not To Be?

League Rule that stops the club signing new players if they do not get their affairs in order...... CCFC have broken several rules including not paying other teams and Inland Revenue on time, and not filing accounts on time with League & Company House

Article: Contracts - To Be or Not To Be?

Clearly the League still believes that the club is still substantially in breach of its regulations as the embargo is still in place. I dont think there is a distinction between new and existing players in the regulation. I suppose they could make the distinction if they see fit but why...
