Not true, at least not anymore. Mental & Physical attributes can be high regardless of leagues. Skill attributes will obviously be higher dependent on which league the player is in though.

Fair enough. The way data is edited has changed a lot since then & is getting better all the time. The top leagues, understandably, attract a lot of attention & if anything younger players at Prem clubs are overrated but that should hopefully be changing over time.
