I abhor the way in which they talk about the 'economy' as a thing that can be damaged. It's not, the economy is just a general term for the exchange of resources. It is what it is.

It's a bit depressing for them really - it's the same sort of route followed by a lot of teams historically in subsequent seasons to the first following relegation, it rarely works.
I don't think clubs are as long term as that, particularly bottom half premier league sides who have a reasonable chance of being relegated next season

I live just at the edge of the Peaks so there are several trails within a 10-15 minute run from here. I don't do anything too extreme but will run on the relatively well beaten trails.
Bought some hoka all terrain trainers for £72, reviews positive and I've worn them to run errands, feel a lot springier so will get out on the trails to have a run in the next few days.
