Klinsmann drove a Beetle at Spurs when he must have been one of the highest-earning footballers in the country.

    Next set of TV fixtures

I want to book flights for some of the remaining matches but the TV matches have not been selected yet beyond the weekend of March 1st and 2nd (which were picked in November before Lampard was appointed). In case useful, selections for matches scheduled after the first weekend in March will be...

    Good question

I’d go for Dovin, shout for MOTM in our last 4 or so. Was always decent but he’s gone up a notch. Same with lots of others but let’s say EMC too - was flying before injury. Torp has been much-improved while I always thought Kitching was solid and just needed a run in the team. PS it is a good...

Im posting Something positive about frank lampard

I do think we probably have a bit too much to do but remain optimistic as the league is so unpredictable. Just chatting to a mate who is a Boro season ticket holder and he said they're crying out for a tough central defender. This goal they gave away yesterday was up there with Collins' howlers:

    How is Aled Williams employed?

He was one of the top-rated young keepers in Europe. We’ve got him at a bargain price and he looks very much a player destined for big things. Good on him and those responsible for the recruitment.

If I have the game on my laptop and try to play it on my large, connected monitor the match slows down like watching at 50%. Also, you cannot pause the desktop version now but you can on the phone. I've mailed iFollow a few times saying the service is inferior.

I do keep thinking about all the points left on the table but every team has a sob story I guess. Don't think we'd lose any of those games now so lots to be optimistic about.

Difference now is if we switch to four at the back, Kitching has been playing regularly and him and Thomas are the more likely two.

Starting to think about beating Sheffield United in the play-off final! Long way to go but we look so much more cohesive, Watford created nothing really. Dovin makes a huge difference, excellent again while also giving confidence to those in front of him. The players are enjoying it, the fans...

Don't think there's any need to create division. It's a fact that he's been inconsistent. He's been much improved since Lampard came in and has been excellent today - let's all hope that it continues.

Absolutely superb, Torp. Outstanding today, take a bow.

Daft booking for Torp there but have to say Chakvetadze is very good - lovely close control and always makes something happen.

Shit, Kitching could have scored at the far post but was stretching. Great free-kick from Rudoni.

    Championship thread 24/25!

Decent start and a delicious left-footed low pass from Torp there which cut open the Watford defence. It was a chance for Thomas-Assante who connected but put it into the side-netting.
