    Guess the crowd for Colchester...

It wouldn't be a sell out, probably 22-28? Depends if our fans gets bored of losing every week in the PL or whatever there next excuse is. It's irrelevant anyway as we don't have the level of support or infrastructure to ever sustain a push back in to the premier league.

    Guess the crowd for Colchester...

People don't care mate, we're a small club and can't attract those numbers on weekly basis. Even Walsall took about 30-40k to Wembley the other week.

    Fisher and Eakin OUT

Probably depends on how tomorrows match goes Just cover the basics, you can probably just copy and past the posts from the last 6 months and you are good to go. Council Evening Telegraph CWR are a bunch of wankers Wasps SISU, Fisher and Co. Nouble is shit and doesn't run enough O'Brien is shit...

    Those hoping for WASPs demise

I know its twickenham, the guy early was arguing the matches at twickenham don't count as a home match because it wasn't played at there regular home ground. Technically it was a home fixture for Wasps and thus included in the home attendance count as evidenced by the picture. My reply was...

How can it be our home when we only rent it for 23 days a year?

    SISU's Big Chance

Which is exactly what your 'plan' is as well, hope and prayer is all some people have now because of the state we are in as all the evidence points towards us being a L1 club with the odd spell in the championship for the next 50 years. Hoping Wasps fail and leave isn't a very good plan...

    SISU's Big Chance

You're the one who needs to face reality, you're delusional. You think Wasps are going to hand over revenues and that we can storm back to the premier league with back to back promotions by riding the momentum of one promotion whilst averaging 28k attendances.

    Those hoping for WASPs demise

Of course they wouldn't, you often hear the old 'this wouldn't happen at Leeds' with regards to anything SISU. Well this probably wouldn't happen at any other football club in the country, and most certainly would not happen to what people would consider a 'big' club. We're a bunch of spineless...

    Those hoping for WASPs demise

That may have held some weight IF the council had not bent over backwards to bail out a failing Rugby club and doing everything within there power to ensure they arrived here. Surely Wasps are big boys and can stand on there own two feet? Any local team would have been far more preferable...

    Those hoping for WASPs demise

It wasn't, just as the Ricoh is now not our home. But it was where we played what was classified as our 'home' fixtures at the time.
  12. SkyBlue_Bear83

    Those hoping for WASPs demise

They weren't, for the record I'm not bothered about helping SISU, I said help the club. We were charged extortionate rent year on year with next to zero access to revenues. You wouldn't know because you are not a supporter.
  13. SkyBlue_Bear83

    SISU's Big Chance

What makes you think anyone would be buying for anything like what SISU would want? When SISU purchased we weren't a very attractive prospect then, hence why we ended up with a bunch of people like SISU chancing there arm. Say we made it back to the championship, we'd still be in an even worse...

Average HOME attendance here for 13/14 I'm still struggling to see how you fitted 62k into Adams Park :thinking about:

    Those hoping for WASPs demise

Maybe the council should have been helping there local club reach them heights again then (which would add more value to the Ricoh and city than Wasps ever can) rather than giving up on them and leaving them to rot?
  16. SkyBlue_Bear83

    Those hoping for WASPs demise

There's no doubt that even a semi successful football club (bottom half premier league, play off championship, odd cup run) adds more value to the Ricoh than an extremely successful rugby club ever could. Shame we will never see that now. I'd like to think you're right about Wasps attendances...
  17. SkyBlue_Bear83

    Those hoping for WASPs demise

There was a big drop from relegation from the championship. Attendances were still dropping yearly before that despite us performing at a similar level year on year.

I wonder how many people would turn out if anyone ever dared to try and move Wasps from the new home of Rugby.
