Rose & Dabo didn't train with the rest of the squad, did gym work with Jobello etc. so confirmed the rumours re :injuries but hopefully not as serious as feared! *Not Jobello - as pointed out he was doing his own fitness work at St George's Park.

He's 34 & played 9 games all season, all of them as a Centre Back. Nevertheless you want him as our new Left Back, even though we play a system that doesn't even use full backs? o_O

As Robins said at the time Giles was someone we'd been watching for a while so took the opportunity to have a look at him. It clearly didn't work out though if the other players didn't rate him.

Brentford are a superb team with a real ethos & identity with both their recruitment & style of play. Whichever of the 3 misses out will be extremely unlucky. I'm sure they'd fancy their chances in the playoffs but that's always more of a lottery of course.
