I think Norwich would get 15% of the profit rather than the full transfer fee. So if they sold him for £25m to Leicester. Leicester then sold him to Arsenal for £30m, Norwich would get 15% of the £5m profit - so £750k. We may then be entitled to 15% of that £750k.

Thought the same myself. Would have loved him in League 1. Probably would be an improvement on Biamou and if we were in for James Collins it would indicate we are in the market for this type of player still.

This is pretty much what Andy Turner reported weeks ago. Always been quite confident Walsh would end up here but realistically Swansea would likely still be able to offer him double the salary we would.

Generally I treat this page as an aggregator and remain doubtful about any inside knowledge they have but will add they don't tend to post bullshit. If we were in talks with two ex players though you would think one would be Walsh and I wonder whether Josh Ruffles could be the other.

Another lad released from Everton it will be interesting to see where he ends up is Josh Bowler. A right winger signed from QPR as a youngster for a reported £4m+ fee a few years back and that was seen as a bit of a coup at the time.

Last year Hummel basically had 4 designs including the Members shirt. Very difficult to keep raising the bar. I'm sure they wouldn't have wanted to make this better than the actual kit designs. This isn't awful, relatively simple design but is still bespoke. All in all not bad. On a side note...

Think everyone accepts Hamer will likely go at some stage. If we could pick up a replacement that we know is decent on a free transfer at 23 years of age and it meant maybe we had a surplus of defensive midfielders until Jan we'd be crazy not to be in for Walsh and James.
