My lad zed to play there in the 5 aside league. It was a Sports college so shouldn't take much to get it upto standard. Most of it can be put in one area then the rest could still be housing if they want to.

Thing is who releases the funds who actually has the final say. At a lot of clubs the manager does the business but the board have the final say before paying out.
