    That Farce of a Forum

The lease is owned by CCFC Ltd, why is that so hard to understand? If Sisu want to talk to ACL they need to own CCFC Ltd.

Have they been talking about transfering the lease from CCFC Ltd to anyone else? No Only CCFC Ltd can hold the lease, no one else can as far as I'm aware ACL have not tried to transfer to anyone else like you suggest.

So basically its nil because of his incompetence, not out of Sisu kindness?

Since when has any other company been offered the chance to rent the Ricoh?

I don't think any of the hardcore would expect that. Most of us that have kept going over the last few years would just be happy with stability at the moment. I agree to some point in natural levels, properly run the bigger clubs in this division always get promoted within a couple years...

Just For Fun: Your Preferential New Owners and Why

I've gone for PH4. The Byng bid reminds me too much of Sisu, investers hiding behind a front man.

    Conundrum on groundshare

We are ranting about his future plans. The FL have only given him a list of suitable venues. I'm sure anyone could ask the league to give us a list of league 1 standard grounds within 30 miles of Coventry. I don't think that holdings has given up its claim, I think it has been taken from them...

    Conundrum on groundshare

It will be up to the administrator to find a venue. Fisher has no authority at the moment.

I think the administrator will find sisu as the preferred bidder. Once that happens, the only ones who can save the club are the football league. If they think sisu are unfit owners they might refuse them the golden share. Signing off false accounts for 5 years is hardly likely to support sisus...

It will still not be a CCFC owned stadium

Need to clear this up I think. TF was asked, "who will own the new stadium, ccfc, Sisu, or another 3rd party?" Fisher then pretended he didn't understand the question, eventually answering"we haven't worked out what the company structure would be yet". He didn't directly say sisu would...

    Handy time line

Now that you mention it I do remember someone in the Telegraph moaning about the threat to wildlife on there. As I remember it the only wildlife on there was winos and druggies.

    Byng Rail Plan

Yeah it would have to be done with the club owning the Ricoh (or more likely just owning ACL).

I remember the gypos, what was the rare bird one?? Did someone spot a pigeon nest or something?

    Byng Rail Plan

I agree, but I would suggest that developing the land around the Ricoh would/could still have a benefical impact on the club.

Of course it is. If you rent a house is it not your home?? The threat of moving has made me realise how much I like the Ricoh.

I agree, until football is forced to sort itself out then this will keep happening. The FA, FL, and PL have all said they will resist political intervention in the game, yet they have yet to prove they are fit to run it.

The FA will do whatever creates the least amount of work for themselves.
