I think that might be a fans view but as the owner you are assessing whether the manager is working effectively with the players and whether you believe things will turn round. Being totally outplayed but winning 1-0 through an own goal ( to be extreme ) wouldn’t convince you of that.

I don’t disagree. to play devils advocate though you can have a successful manager plateau and need a different calibre again to make the next step. Brighton did well under Potter but are better without him. Bournemouth did well under Howe but better without him. Cooper over achieved at Forest...

I think Robins will be given more time by King. I think Doug is keeping out of the media to take pressure off Mark. Ie nothing to see here other than a team very focused on turning it around

Dovin gives the impression of being quite shy, introverted and lacking in self confidence. He’s young and this might alter as he gains experience but right now its not helping him.

I don’t think so. It was unthinkable at Wembley last year that any City fan wanted Robins gone, now 1/3rd seem to. If we are bottom 3 end Of Nov that will be over 50%, End of Dec it will be 70% + ….. No such thing as a job for life. Nor would Robins expect there to be.
