Agreed. But... being the 9th largest city in England would suggest that there is room to grow our fanbase if the club is marketed aggressively.

It's true we are a big City but that doesn't necessarily translate into attendances or season ticket sales. And there are the small matters of not owning our stadium, lack of revenue therefrom, and being owned by a mercenary hedge fund.

As has been pointed out, the model under the current regime does not work at this level, we need a change of ownership before our luck runs out and we end up back in L1.
