    MCSHEFF: My future is here

And I think the point he's trying to make that is going right over everyone here's heads is just that: in this of all weeks, he's saying he loves the club and doesn't want to go elsewhere, whatever the turmoil. And how do we thank him? By saying he's shit, arrogant, and probably not even a...

    MCSHEFF: My future is here

He is a City fan. His brother phoned up CWR about a month ago and gave the most stunning indictment of SISU that I've ever heard that station air, worthy of some of us on here. I'd assume he speaks for both of them, tbh-he wouldn't have come on the station as the brother of a high profile player...

Sky Blues Talk Poster of the season - 2011/2012

Otis wins the "Most Prolific Poster" hands down.

Ha, no, he's a good bloke! He saves his cantankerism for on here :D

Oggy's Cricketing Prowess, according to Graeme Swann

Good to see that he's still remembered for more than his football still-and by one of England's finest! http://www.espncricinfo.com/england/content/story/562936.html?CMP=chrome

Howzer was a uniting force on here: so much annoyance bound us all together!

Sky Blues Talk Poster of the season - 2011/2012

Cheers OSB, I vote for you. Shame you can't go and work for the CT and ask the finanacial questions of Fisher/SISU/Arvo(?) that need asking!

Sky Blues Talk Poster of the season - 2011/2012

I feel hurt given the number of "likes" that I have compared to some of those that I don't get a 10th from you, Moff! I suppose I'm a bit too Marmite to ever win an election, though.

    That's why we're going down

No pal, I said Deegan had a great game considering he was unfit-against Leamington. But I doubt you were there, so you wouldn't know? If you'd paid attention, I was banging on about SISU cutting too much and dooming us to relegation as early as July. And as far as having a go at...

Bigirimana - Don't look back in anger

Don't worry, he was one of our better-and most composed-players against Doncaster. I've watched that bit of skill and through ball for Cody about 25 times on the highlights it was that good. He'll be awesome next season...I just pray that it's for us.

This deserves its own thread Old Sky Blue

Welcome to the future. A group of stakeholders with access to the net will always find more dirt than one guy with deadlines and little time. We are all citizen journalists now. All the same, someone email David Conn @ The Guardian!

This deserves its own thread Old Sky Blue

I wouldn't have seen this thread if it had been in the Finance section...TBH the club could be liquidated and I'd miss it if it was just in there! The habit of the way you use the forum is so ingrained, it's difficult to browse in a different way. This is possibly the biggest story yet. BR is...

Which Coventry fan annoys you the most?

Yeah, I reckon I'd get more votes than Glen! Corrie bloke isn't a contender as he's taking every opportunity his meagre profile offers him to give SISU a good hard kick in the taint. That makes him alright by me.

    That's why we're going down

Quality bump. It was obvious we were in trouble very early on, yet SISU fiddled whilst Coventry burnt. I'd say that makes them worse than some kind of Nero-Hitler hybrid, but that would mean I'm ineligible for Poster of The Year... Can you find some of the threads that say we're screwed before...

    Bobby Gould on TalkSport

No they can't, the FA and Football League wouldn't allow them to do it on a whim, they'd have to show that there was no way the club continue under new owners. Football clubs aren't treated just like any other business; they are a part of the community and have a slightly more protected status.

    when will these people stop

I'm with Paxman all the way on this one, there are no hard facts, just peoples perspectives and a lot of spin. And Councillors most certainly are politicians, take it from one who works for one. I might agree with some of what he says, but I take much of it with a pinch of salt-something Mutton...

    when will these people stop

Did anyone else expect that to turn into either: A) A version of "We Didn't Start The Fire", by Billy Joel, B) A version of "It's The End Of The World As We Know It", by REM or C) A version of that "Winston Churchill! Maggie Fatchuur! Your boys took one hell of a beating?!" commentary?

Paul Barber to turn us around???

We'd have more chance with Floyd The Barber from the Nirvana song..anyway, he's working for SISU, not CCFC, forget him. Bet we never hear of him again

    Club statement on Telegraph story

So, there we have it, it really was nothing to do with CCFC! TO borrow from Bill Hicks a little, "We have figured it out. Go back to bed, Coventry, go back to bed."
