Why aren't Cov there?

<p> Also agree, im proud to be from here. Ironically the people who usually slag Coventry off are chavs, they themselves dont realise they are the main problem!

Coventry building society pull the plug on ccfc deal

They wont get any sponsorship money next year anyway.

    Why aren't Cov there?

Surely a cultural award is more for what has city has done, rather than what it looks like? In proportion to its size Coventry must have given the world more than any other UK city?

Coventry building society pull the plug on ccfc deal

Why would the Cov building society be trading with a non trading property subsidiary?

    Why aren't Cov there?

Until the Germans and the council planning department got their hands on it Coventry was comparable with York. Why are Leicester in there?

    Why aren't Cov there?

Larkin said that Hull was Coventry on Sea. He clearly held Hull in the same regard as his home town. He was a typical upper class intellectual.

At which point do you personally switch off CCFC and to what degree?

In cricket terms it is in Warwickshire. A better analogy would be how many would go and watch them play in Worcestershire?

I would back a new CCFC playing at the Ricoh....

It almost resulted in relegation, the points deduction was imposed. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goldstone_Ground The sale of the club's stadium provoked two pitch invasions by angry fans in protest against it. A pitch invasion late in the 1995-96 season, when the Seagulls were...

What is the worst thing a football club owner can do?

Until recently I would have agreed the last owners were equally bad, but I think moving away from the city clinches it for sisu.

What is the worst thing a football club owner can do?

I am struggling to think of anything an owner could do than taking a club away from its spiritual home. I will put up with any kind of crap on the pitch, but that pitch has to be in Coventry. If this move goes ahead it will surely put sisu up there as being amongst the worst owners of any...

I would back a new CCFC playing at the Ricoh....

    A) Coventry City Fc Ltd (Holdings or other related companies) will still exist, the club will be gone. It clearly will not be the same club if it leaves the city. B) I'm not a Sphinx fan, I like seeing them do well, but they would not be my club. A new club would be a continuation of the sky...

Details of previous Chinese bidders revealed

These being the ones who "didn't exist". Good job Hoffman is "full of shit". Some Cov fans get the owners they deserve.

    Big clue tomorrow?

Don't know about league 1 in general, but our lowest ever for a league game was 2050. I can see that been broken a few times next year.
