I looked at quite a few different teams' forums and all were complimentary about us. Going forward we looked more dangerous than we did at the end of last season actually

Leeds made a £39m loss in 2022.
Turnover £189m of which £95m was PL central funding.
Wage bill of £121m.
I'm guessing 2023 will have been similar.
Not sure they'll necessarily be spending much of the fee they get for selling one of their players.

The Godden one where he mishit from a clever corner routine as well. He's snatching at his chances a bit, just needs to settle down and he'll score regularly imo.

Annoyingly the ifolllow app which used to allow to watch the entire match again (with CWR commentary) now only has the highlights

He was fine, very comfortable on the ball, much better than Hyam or Rose in possession. The one downside is that he was sometimes a bit behind the defensive line, though that could be just down to it being early days.
Yeah, at least with Blairism (rather than Starmer's piss poor approximation of it) he genuinely did want to do something about the causes "tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime" etc.
I was very encouraged by what I saw yesterday generally, though I was fairly optimistic about our chances in any case.

He played really well, he didn't put away his chances but his movement and hold up play was brilliant. Honestly hate the scapegoating
