Yes, it is stupidly cheap, I agree. I had never heard of Ella Eyre though. I do usually find there are at least 3 good bands I want to see each and every year. The only one I am mildly interested in this time is The Enemy. Selector are always good of course, but seen them so many times now...

Astute Estates. 🤔 Does kind of have a nice ring to it doesn't it.

Yeah, I thought Eccles was good too. Just that one occasion where he had the ball taken off him and we could have been in trouble. Other than that, I thought he had a more than decent game

Or possibly get sent off, then we would also be in real trouble

Very underwhelming overall I think. I was hoping Devo would choose the Godiva for one of their very last gigs, but seems they chose the O2 in London instead. I will still go to the festival, but I am not as excited as I usually am. Seen so many good bands there over the years. Ash, Buzzcocks...

Yes, definitely. We have quite the balance to be made. My missus's daughter is 18 and works at Deloitte in central London and she is looking for a fast train route into London, while at the same time, my missus and I are looking to move closer to the sea. 😂 Ramsgate is cheaper, but the journey...

How on earth did he not give a yellow card for that hack on Hamer, when Hamer was bursting through. Very cynical challenge. Also should have been a yellow, for the blatant shirt pull on Gyokeres in the second half. 🤷

Oh and Allen's scuffed shot, that was saved, was in the area too, so not way outside.

Allen's volley over the bar was from inside the box. I wouldn't call that exactly a clear cut chance though. His scuffed shot was definitely a very clear cut chance however and Bidwell's blast over the bar was a great chance too.

I thought Walker offered a lot more in his very short cameo than Godden did the entire rest of the game.

Burroughs into midfield is one option. At least then it's not square pegs in round holes.

I thought McFazdean, McNally and Hamer were all good. Thought Bidwell and Eccles were pretty decent too. Godden was anonymous and Gyokeres hardly given a sniff. Don't think anyone was particularly poor, other than Wilson-Esbrand.

I didn't think Norton-Cuffy was awful tonight. Certainly wasn't great by any chalk and looked rather sluggish. Much more concerned about Wilson-Esbrand to be honest. He really has shown so little and it's a worry. Seems pretty obvious that Robins rates BNC more, as he is getting much more game...

We always said this though didn't we? Or most of us did. The squad didn't have enough depth to carry us through. That's quite decimating really isn't it. Sheaf, O'Hare, Palmer, Allen and Kelly.
