That would have definitely triggered legal action by the bondholders. And I'd guess would have meant a buyer paying more than via a pre-pack without paying the bondholders back, otherwise why would MA have paid £1.2m for exclusivity...

They've built up to this. If you watch the unseen from a couple of games ago it was them flicking the ball to each other to balance on their boot then flick it back. Next game was an 'around the world' before flicking it back. And now this. Wizardry I tells yer!
