Not sure if this is the right place for this but just saw on twitter someone highlighting the agenda from the West Midlands Combined Authority meeting yesterday. Within the pack at Agenda item 7 it reads as if Wasps have been granted a £12m loan...
I wouldn't sell Gyökeres but agree with the sentiment. Without selling him, Hamer or O'Hare we haven't really got much scope/budget to develop the squad. Feels like we have stood still this summer. Some people may accept that and a 12th place finish.
The lad is a talent and has never let anyone down. Missed a lot of time through injury and has had a couple of suspect games. Still got a very bright future ahead of him.
Everton being linked with a loan to buy deal for Che Adams also. Everton are going back to the Kenwright days and love a loan so am not hopeful of them coughing up a big price for Vik.
The Evertonians rate the lad Dobbin who has just gone to Derby higher than Simms is what I'm told. They have also just loaned out Nathan Broadhead who rated similar to Simms. He's just become a Welsh international though so apparently wanted to go somewhere he'd play.
Aside from the original source...
My Swedish isn't great but would seem to add weight to interest. Not sure if this was the site that originally reported our bid for Vik was accepted last summer.
There is a Swedish page on twitter saying Everton are in talks with Gyökeres
Was only saying to an Evertonian today he'd be perfect for them at the moment.
Hopefully the twitter page is the Swedish John Harriott.
Football Insider reporting O'Hare out for 'up to two months'...

I might be way off the mark here but it probably isn't as bad as it looks (hopefully). It's just August so you would think it would repair quite well over the next month. Although just checking the fixtures, we play five times in August.
Based on what Skybluebeliever has said it sounded as if the club desperately needed to sell someone. Unfortunately I fear O'Hare's injury could mean Hamer will be sold pretty sharpish.
I remember @Skybluebeliever saying something back around last Christmas time that the new year could be an interesting time if one or two things transpire. It seems nothing did but gave me the impression it was relating to off field matters.
Didn't have a great game yesterday but has never let anyone down before and generally played very well. He isn't a right wing back and I hope we don't try and turn him into one.
