I wonder if @Skybluebeliever could return and provide any insight?

    Doug King Takeover

As they said on CWR last night the EFL have been criticised in the past for not doing enough due diligence on potential new club owners. Don't know the details of these obstacles but have no problems with them asking a few questions and for proof of further info.

    West brom ratings

Agree entirely with this. Hamer was tremendous. Sheaf also excellent. Only minor disagreement - Hamer got injured after about 60mins and wasn't quite as mobile as the game went on. Kelly coming on helped settle us I thought.

What happened with the lad Isaac Moore who Villa were sniffing after? Did he sign a new deal.

When you described what you had heard it actually sounded like it made sense and that Sisu finally had a credible exit plan. I had hoped it was a credible new owner. Last night's announcement just sounds like complete nonsense to me. The statements I think are really amateurish. Ashley, the...

Match Thread ⚽️ Coventry City vs Queens Park Rangers Match Thread - Saturday 12th Nov

I thought both games against them last year were as high a quality game as I've watched in the Championship. Expecting the same tomorrow. Willock, Chair and Johansen are all excellent players. The lad Taylor Richards they signed from Brighton is also a very decent player.

    What I was told today

Ashley also likes a little gamble. I honestly think a £1.5m transfer gamble in January (loan striker, RWB and a CB) would see us in with a fighting chance of the play offs.

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Previously he had said he doesn't talk about business on twitter. His tweet said something like 'considering breaking protocol in the next 24/48 hours #PUSB'

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Don't understand the benefits of this 'pre-pack' deal. ACL still go into administration. Why not the test the market? As a bond holder or creditor I would insist on this.

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Could prove to be wrong on this but the role of the Council in this shouldn't be understated. I'm sure as freeholder they have to rubber stamp any deal. If Ashley acquires ACL and Sisu retain the football club this could be a toxic mix. Surely no one would willingly sign this off as the best...

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Is there an argument that our prospects for acquiring the ground increase if ACL go into liquidation? I barely understand the difference between the two.
