It’s the fact that his teammates avoid passing to him if they have a choice between him and anyone else. Watch closely in the second half (where I’ll probably get proven wrong 🙄)

Sheaf occasionally. Allen often. A midfield centre pairing of Kelly & Hamer with O’Hare mixed in is good enough for the top half of the Champ. Sheaf & Shipley with Allen? Not so much.
