I agree with those stats but as OSB has mentioned, those stats are pretty meaningless if they’re somehow managing to get more revenue from those attending.
If anything, anyone wanting Wasps to fail (hi) shouldn’t be bothered about attendances but about how much cash they bring in per game...
A then 4 yr old who decided to follow in his Kenilworth step dads footsteps. That sort of mentalist! I was a Liverpool fan after my old man but when my folks went their separate ways, I started to follow Cov after my step day.
What a choice I made then, eh?!
Even if Cov (or any other club for that matter) don't stay overnight, they all, without exception, will still go to a hotel for a pre match meal. This obviously costs a lot less than rooms the night before, with dinner and breakfast as well.
I'm not from Cov and have no tie to the city other than supporting 'our club'. But I was delighted for all Coventrians (is that what you call yourselves?!) when I found out. I was on a works Xmas do up in London last night and Mrs WM text me to tell me.
Great news and it can only be positive...
Staying overnight isn't suddenly a new thing for us. We've had some overnight stays in hotels in the past 12 months. The lower down the leagues you go, the more teams will travel on the day though...purely financial.
I’m not moaning at all. I think any PL team is a good draw but would’ve been better (financially) as an away game.
I’m just saying that I don’t think we’ll have a massive surge in gate to anything over 10-12k.
That’s all.

What does that mean for the less informed? People buying the bonds? People selling them?
Please....say anything....just to get this thread back on track from Nick vs Peeler....
