    SBT’s general election poll

Not doubting that, just surprised as I thought it was a standard.

    SBT’s general election poll

Surprises me that you can’t have dual-citizenship, honestly didn’t know that. My grandparents must have foregone their British citizenship in that case.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

A debate isn’t seeking out faux hypocrisy as you seem to have done here. For what it’s worth, I am in the camp that believes that Labour need to identify a new leader to bring about a real challenge whilst adhering to the same policy objectives. The key issue is that there isn’t an obvious...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Not at all. My point being I’ve seen you criticise others who have said that he isn’t the answer, then to turn round and say they will be voting Labour, somehow trying to paint hypocrisy. Is Corbyn the best person to lead us? Possibly not. Is Corbyn better than Johnson, Swinson, Farage etc? In...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Do you accept it’s possible for people to not think he’s the right person for the job overall, but he is in fact the right person for the job given essentially the very small shortlist?

    Ex Player Watch

I know that’s the generally accepted idea, that clubs are more lenient on younger players due to resale value, but thinking back to the Adrian Mutu case, weren’t Chelsea allowed to claim compensation from the club he signed for (Fiorentina?) after they sacked him?

What nonsense. Owens is the best referee in the world.

I hope you are correct in your judgement but I really don’t think you are.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Which is rather ironic considering the US pharma companies’ arguments centre around having market-driven pricing.

I’ve watched it on my commute this morning. It would mean a third of the current budget would be going on pharma costs. Up from £18bn (current cost) to £45bn, or £500m a week increase. Even if we were to send the bus commitment of £350m a week to the NHS we’re still having to find further funds.

Proves that this rhetoric that “the NHS is off the table” is disingenuous to the extreme. Yes, they may not literally sell off parts of the NHS but by agreeing something like this they bring the NHS to a point where it can no longer be supported by public funding and that’s that.

    Adverts

What’s happened on the Ad front Nick? Hundreds of the bloody things all over the place all of a sudden. I’m on my iPhone and there’s a constant banner at the top as well as adverts between every 3-4 posts on threads. Can this be amended?

    Rugby World Cup

Really disappointing game today, Wales made the wrong decision in getting involved in a kicking match. Looked fairly dangerous ball in hand but played the opposition’s game rather than taking the initiative. SA shouldn’t be a problem for England in the final, should be far superior tactically to...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Would appreciate it if you didn’t come steaming in waving your dick about trying to insinuate that I am in some way justifying the actions of one part whilst accusing the other. This thread of the conversation only started due to people denying that there was war-like rhetoric circling social...
