I think he's meant to be the man to play the Norwood role. As for this glut of natural CM's: we have Thomas. That is all. Kilbane may play there but I'd rather he didn't as it's not really his position. Having the choice between Thomas, Jennings and Barton-or all three-would be much healthier.

Well Fleck is at his best in a free role, and Baker and Sheff are more "attacking wide men" rather than wingers or midfielders. I don't think Fleck would really suit any role apart from a "free role", and at our level, the rest of the side should be a platform for him to go and do his stuff. Out...
