    Jennings is back!

Giving us two English CB's potentially. I don't personally think that Brown can defend, but we'll see. I keep asking if Oldham got promoted last season and how many games Brown has played for Man U, but people never reply..

    Strange.

Pretty much, yup. There is the sub-sect of SISU Hating Thorn Hater's, who will claim that he is their yes-man doing their work from the inside. "Well nobody else would hire him: he'll be here until SISU go" is the usual line.

    Strange.

People who really hate Thorn-it's all his fault, so SISU can't be to blame People who really hate SISU/like Thorn-none of it's Thorn's fault, his hands are tied by SISU Most folk-Thorn hasn't been given much to work with, but has had more support this season than last, so will judge him on...

    Strange.

Bet there were people at the Berlin Olympics saying "yeah, I know the Nazis have some dubious policies, but wow, look at this stadium! Lets just enjoy the games!" I'd always rather remain free-thinking than put myself into an ignorant, lobotomised bliss, ta. Each to there own! It's not like...

    Jennings is back!

Yes, I highlighted Wood. I also haven't seen anything to suggest that Brown is a capable defender at the football game, never mind British. And Cameron is injured. Leaving...

    sounds like husseys gone then...

Really? Me and my mates thought he was the only player who did look like he was trying! Our best (only?) creative outlet by a mile in that game, too.

    Jennings is back!

And we need someone at CB who knows British football. Even Malaga will find it a shock, even if he supposedly is great in the air. It's the tempo and pace of play as much as the directness. At least all the former SPL players should be right at home though, and there was a spell a few years ago...

    kevin kyle

Exactly, he was the kind of guy who read all the press and took it all personally. But he's done really well since he left us. Compare the ability Eastwood and he have relatively, and Kyle has done a lot more with it in the past 5 years. Hope he gets back from his knock and enjoys banging in 40...

    Jennings is back!

Me too! I'm not aware that there is a position in which he feels comfortable. He strikes me more as an athlete than a footballer. Hope he improves, ditto The Edge.

    Jennings is back!

Not as a LB, just as a winger who has lost his pace! I'd really rather have Hussey than him or The Edge at LB.

Thorny found out about Firstrowsports :)

Kinda agreed in a way. Those two red cards in two games were a combination of bad first touch, and trying really bloody hard to make amends. It's harsh that a player who always got stuck in got such grief, but then he said some thing's that as a pro footballer will only make enemies of the fans.

    sounds like husseys gone then...

Totally agreed. Exactly the sort of young, reasonably paid, improving player we should be building the side around. If he goes, that'll be my 3 favourite players sold this Summer. If that's Thorn's judgement, he's certainly lost a fan in me.

Was hugely regarded as a youngster. But no, he's signed for Macclesfield.

    Play the full 90 minutes

I'd say the stand out difference second half of last season was that we didn't sit on leads: at least 4 or 5 times in the last few minutes we were pressing for another when we already had a lead.

    Any room for McSheffrey ?

Agreed but I'd hope Jennings comes in as Kilbane lacks the engine for DMC and I'd have Cody ahead of Ball any day. I don't get the English obsession with target men: Spain don't play with one, and seeing as we intend to play like Spain, bring on the midget frontline! We'll pass our way through...

    1 more signing.

    Never dis-respect another man's son.

    Portsmouth- what on earth

That's why I can still see them somehow weaseling their way out of it, building a good squad on more money than anyone in the division, and going up.
