My conclusion after the Nuneaton game was that none of our forwards gave them anywhere near the problems that ROD did last season. To which you can draw your own conclusions. I suppose the excuse is we didn't have a 17 year old Wunderkind running the midfield for him this season.

Fair enough and I think I agree but I thought Dyer was superb in one of his games for us. Cracking run the length of the pitch-wish we had a player with that kind of pace now.

Hate, and he's a massively over-rated player too IMO.

It's just really stupid to sack the manager based on pre-season, isn't it? Most who stuck by him did so because they thought he had his hands tied: asking them to judge them without that factored in is impossible, but if you like, you can go with the previous season-in which he got a lot more...
