I think Binks is an excellent player, so if Kitching is any kind of improvement on his full debut, I'd be more than happy. I worry about Thomas at times, and I think Lats would be better there once our injury issues ease.

Not at all, just stating the obvious. We're virtually a quarter of the way through the season, surely a decent player would be performing better by now. People have been calling for him to start a game along side Simms, and today we saw exactly what I feared, a lack luster display.

Seriously, you can't defend Wright and Simms today, both were poor, what's inexcusable is the lack of effort, lack of effort has nothing to do with a lack of confidence or needing time to gel. They just look weak in all departments. It might not be their fault of course, we may have just...

They'd get less stick if they were free signings. The size of the fee is always going to raise expectations, but it's fair to say that neither are good enough, and I can't see giving them more time is the answer. Which is very worrying.
