🙄 SISU have to draw a line either because they couldn’t or wouldn’t fund the cash deficit caused by the pitch and delayed fixtures. Much easier to borrow money if you can show you are prudent. This applies to all walks of life. Waghorn etc still on the books with no transfer value wouldn’t...

As I’ve said before, yes. Not saying he didn’t But I’m sure it CCFC has said to SISU “got the bills down by 1.5m. Here’s the cash flow forecast, can you bridge the pitch money” they might have had some success.

All of these things are easily overcome if both sides agree a framework - as you well know. Not sure your point gets us anywhere other than highlighting the technical set up.

Spot on. The problem was we couldn’t get some players off the payroll that we’d hoped. Walker, Waghorn and Hilssner cost us (according to some) 28k per week (£1.5m per year with extras). Dom went for £1.4.

I’ve been saying that for ages but I don’t blame you for not reading all the posts. They can’t sell for much less. Hence (guess) £30m now for £51%. Balance on PL (or as someone else mentioned player sales in future or whatever). Interest in meantime on £30m Mr Clueless and others who think...

Don’t know where you are going with this. You can buy whatever you like only with the permission of the person with the Capacity to sell it. SISU won’t sell Otium or whatever for 9 or even 16m. Players are worth more. I could go on. CBA.

I don’t think it works like that, be great if we could just shake the tree and all the debt money blows away with the leaves. SISU and their chicanery (Sixfields, huge legal fees) has mortgaged CCFC and the brand to (and I’ve said how I think this number is right) £60m. It’s like having a...

100% This is what they want. But not at any cost - it has to balance their books.

The value of “goodwill” or “opportunity cost” will hugely diminish from CH to L1. SISU don’t want to lose any more money either cash or intangible asset value. I don’t know why this needs stating.

That’s true. They should have bridged the money pending the rearranged games. They didn’t. That was unforgivable. And short sighted. Never said they were good owners.

I think I’ve clearly said that they’ve made mistakes and have incurred the costs: Missed out on arena years ago Wasted money in court Employed lunatics at CCFC board and even management level. Many have made mistakes. This is all irrelevant.

Oh come on, They’ve gone on record a few months back saying that there’s an opportunity for someone to buy them and the ground. 15 years? No, they want out at the right money. I’ve said what I think it is.
