Because it's sensible to at least give him a chance first. I still think he's a decent player & could have a decent career, Østigard is lauded on here as having pedigree based on his performances in Germany where Gyökeres was equally as good. If he didn't have talent a top team like Swansea...

Not trying to diminish at all, you haven't clearly explained, hence why almost everyone is replying with questions. Happy to admit I'm silly but no, I don't understand & don't think I'm alone in that. Here's my points to what you've said there. Walker's chance was incredibly difficult. You...

I don't think anybody is sure what point you're trying to make anymore. Walker had one incredibly difficult chance, missed it. Biamou had 3 easier ones & missed them all no? Both strikers were marshalled well by a team with the best defensive record in the country. Guehi, probably the best...

You honestly think that's a "very good chance"? 😳 Dropping high out of the sky, over his shoulder for a volley on his weaker side from an acute angle!? Biamou had 3 chances, all easier than that, yet he missed the lot, as he does most games, hence the comparison. Yes, McFadzean's chance is...

What do you think the xG of such a chance is? i.e. What percentage of the time is an identical chance actually scored?

9 His Shots on Target % is just 23% Ranks 18th out of 21 players for us in Shots on Target % Bear in mind even shots like his trickle straight to the goalkeeper last night count as a Shot on Target too. It's a woeful record.

Here's a fun one. Biamou has had 39 shots this season. How many do you reckon were On Target?

    Ratings v Swansea

This. It's a really difficult tactic to defend against but we need to do better as a team, too easy to blame the goalkeeper there when he's massively limited by the bodies in front of him.

    Westwood

Was one of my favourites whilst he was here but unfortunately no. He's 36 now & misses far too many games to justify the salary he'd likely want.

    Sheaf

Out of 31 games Sheaf has been available for he's started 21 & subbed on in 5. Only 6 players have played more minutes. Absolutely screams of a player the manager "doesn't fancy" 🤦🏼‍♂️

    Referee Analysis Swansea

Agree with that, the major decisions were ok in the main it was just the way he was letting them dictate to him. How a team can consistently show that much dissent & time wasting yet only pick up 1 late yellow card is pretty poor. Whilst what you're saying is absolutely right about being...

    Sheaf

You can't honestly watch the role that Kelly & James play & think it's the same as Sheaf's?

    Sheaf

O'Hare, had a player on his back & as you say waited, defender nicked in. I really like Sheaf, think I've made that clear in some of my other posts. Given time to develop he can definitely play at a higher level than he is with us & if the touted fee of £750k is correct that's an absolute...

    Referee Analysis Swansea

Manager got fined for literally calling him a cheat & said he never wants him refereeing a Swansea game again. 2 months later & FA think this was a suitable appointment. They bullied him all game & he let it happen.

    Sheaf

The ball over the top to Bakayoko was probably the pass of the game but it's totally ignored because he gave it away once (far less than all of Hamer, Kelly & James).

    Sheaf

It's just people with limited football knowledge that don't understand how different players play different roles/styles. It's like Sheaf is a centre mid so needs to be able to what both Hamer & Kelly do combined to at least the same standard.
