Hyam howler again. He had a let off seconds earlier trying to let it run out but that's just pathetic.

They're coming into it much more now. Their midfield & forward line is very strong. Rothwell is a terrific player.

Come off it, sitting up like that he's done well to get over it. Similar difficulty to Walker's the other night if not even harder. You must have been some player in your day! 😊

How's that not a foul on McCallum? Backed in underneath him Harry Kane style, really dangerous.

Really bright start this. McCallum needs a bit more quality at the end but pushing up so high is terrifying them.

You can't compensate for the workrate of O'Hare, particularly with Shipley as his replacement so Kelly & James is to try & be as solid as possible through the middle against their fairly narrow midfield/forwards & think we then play a bit more direct.

Wasting your time mate. He contradicts himself in every single thread. If we lose he'll claim he said Sheaf should start all along. If you voice every opinion possible one of them will be right.

I'm all for giving Hamer & O'Hare a rest but surprised it's both in the same game, losing a lot of creativity there.

Agree although think Hilßner might be given a chance. He is doing well at Oldham & I'm not too concerned about only being League Two, for him it's more important that he gets plenty of minutes. Assuming he plays today that's 3 games in 7 days, that can only help & we reassess in the summer...

Surely Hamer needs to be rested. He's been well off it for weeks now & subbed off well before the end in the last 2 games.

Yep, I'd agree with both those assumptions. I was quite surprised how high our Shots on Target % is given how poor some individuals are at it but I guess it's the same in other teams so balances out. Probably unlikely in other teams that it's your centre forward who misses the target so...

Agreed. Form is temporary etc etc. Also law of averages suggest that they'll snap that losing run soon, all have been very narrow defeats too. Bookies don't often get it wrong & all of them have Blackburn as massive favourites. That said, I fancy we can get a result & a draw would be great...
