Match Thread Peterborough United vs Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 26th Oct

A win would be a real statement of intent to the rest of the league. Honestly though, just can't see it happening. 2-0 defeat and ensuing meltdown on here.

I'd prefer like a tartan pattern as opposed to just lines across the pitch. Lazy.

Sorry to sound thick but was has Ilkestone Towns statement got to do with NCFC? I've not read the whole thread so apologies but what am I missing?

    More Wasps BS?

And not only that, I'm sure the EFL would be sympathetic to fixture changes by 24 hrs either way to avoid any clashes with weekend conference business. It would be a minor inconvenience but not an obstacle to a return.

Pretty much my hometown for the last 20 years. Trained with them when I was uni but didnt like the manager at the time so stuck with my current club at the time. Great news for them. I've had many friends play for them over the years as well. I also lived in Chippenham for 10 years before...

Match Thread MK Dons vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 19th Oct

We went 9 or 10 unbeaten and have now had a blip. But still, up into the play off places. We will have these blips. Sometimes all it takes is a bit of luck and it'll end and we'll end up picking up points again. I'm with ccfc4life. No need to panic yet. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk

    Sunderland Manager

Yeah, I understand what you're saying...I just don't think it's a bad an appointment as everyone is making out. Do I hope he fails miserably...yep. Do I also think that he's got a good chance of taking them up? Unfortunately, yes. Good old stats! Wiki does indeed confirm that. That stat also...

    U23 v Wigan

Probably on a wedge more money so not overly bothered I'd imagine.

    Sunderland Manager

Maybe as far as Bradford goes but he's still two ahead of the majority of managers in the league.

    Sunderland Manager

Not really a myth then LG?! Hes done it twice from L1...that's two more than the majority of managers in this league. You could argue that Bolton was an 'easy one' due to money but he did it with Colchester as well. Compared to his peers, he's done well at this level. Sent from my SM-G965F...

    Sunderland Manager

To be fair, it's not the worst appointment. He's had two promotions from L1 already so knows how to get it done.
