Adding Sports Direct to a stadium name and 'only investing' net £100m over his time to anger the Geordies is a bit different to getting a club to leave a stadium so he can use it for his business interests. It won't happen anyway.

It would be suicide to play in Cov again, surely. The only reason I can see them doing it is out of stubbornness to prove it 'could' work. I highly doubt they will but if they did try and play in Cov (Arena or elsewhere), I can't wait to watch how that all unfolds with their 'popularity'...

'Could see potential for money to be made'. What from? The club? Cov in the EPL is surely his quickest way to enhancing his bank balance I would've thought. Kicking us out for Arena re-development would garner a lot but not as much as EPL cash.

Regardless if he owns us or not, it would still be a dick move to 'redevelop' the Arena without CCFC due to the negative reaction/PR it would receive when he could buy any plot of land and build from new.
